Computer World
It is not a secret to anybody that this is one of the most asked questions in the computer world: What computer is best, a MAC or a PC? Usually the response is "MACs are better, and PCs are not." To this I usually don't respond, because it is absurd to think only MACs are good, or I simply said "it is up to you to decide." However, I was never satisfied with any of these answers. They give you no real insight into what really makes a MAC or a PC THE choice for you to buy one, and neither finishes the, what seems, never ending MAC and PC fans fight. A few days ago someone said in my personal Facebook account that "Windows sucks. MACs are the way to go;" and this is what really triggered today's post...
So what's better, a MAC or a PC?
I'm into music recording, and I have been a "member" of what I think is by far one of the best home studio recording websites available today. It was on this website where the question "popped up" once again and where I finally got a throughout review and a intelligent answer to this question. The website owner, Joe, explains his point of view (and ultimately ours too) of why MACs and PCs are good. Before you click on the link, keep in mind that this is a post targeted to home recording computer users, yet it is ultimately about why MACs and Windows-based PCs are both good--and it is up to YOU to decide what's best without the nonconstructive "X computers are best because I said so" type of answer.
