Like many of you, I'm an avid computer and frequent Internet, and computer user. Also, I too used to be a frenetic, 25/7 video gamer back when I was a pimply, geeky teenager. Those were excellent, enjoyable days of non-stop, long staring-a-the-screen sessions. If you indeed have been-there-done-that what I just said, then I assume you undoubtedly overexpose(d) your eyes to the flickering, eye-tiring lights and screen radiation just like I did for so many years. NOT GOOD.
Whenever we have reached the point where our only pair of bloodshot eyes begin to hurt and tear incessantly, the only thing that our mouse-sized brain can babble at that precise time is "what's one more hour?" And these one-more-hours are the start of serious problems such as computer eye strain, eye fatigue, and light sensitivity later in life. And by "later in life" I mean just a few years, not decades. Come on gamers and computer users, how long do you think it would take to begin noticing such harsh effects if people like us spends over two hours everyday in front of such devices? Our eyes have not been designed for such a task, and these are serious issues. Well, nobody said cancer here, right? All I say is: keep in mind that we only have one pair!
Ok, ok, I know. This is not your parent or your doctor talking to you; yet, what I have experienced and researched concerning this issue needs to come out to public light like a "hot tamale" so I can help as many as possible facing the same problem. It took conventional and unconventional doctor visits, and also quality hours at work sitting in front of my good friend "Compy" searching for the best answers to my then current problem. All of this help can now be your for only $19.9.... Just kidding!
